Hank is the founder of Bockus Consulting-Business Brokerage where he helps a select group of business owners exit their businesses with purpose and direction. He started the business because he wanted to create a company that didn’t exist in Oklahoma when he sold. We fixed the problem!

Specializing in land acquisition, real estate development, and the sale of gas and convenience stores, Bradd has honed a diverse skill set that includes residential home sales, investment properties, and commercial real estate.
Before joining Bockus Consulting, Bradd is a realtor with Keller Williams, He had a notable tenure as the CEO of WellCaddie, a role held from January 2013 to March 2021. During this period, Bradd led the company to significant growth and innovation, demonstrating exceptional leadership and business acumen. Prior to WellCaddie, Bradd was the owner of Bradley Oil Company for an impressive 37 years, where Bradd managed the business’s operations and strategic growth, making it a prominent name in the oil industry.
Throughout Bradd’s career, the focus has always been on providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients. Bradd is known for a meticulous approach to land acquisition and development, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards.
