Jennifer Polliard has been a part of the Bockus Family enterprises for nearly thirty years. With her years of experience managing critical financial tasks, Jennifer combines unparalleled expertise, a sharp eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in everything she does.
In addition to being Bockus Consulting’s CFO, Jennifer is involved in gathering and preparing our client’s financial information for appraisals and working with sellers and buyers throughout the process. Jennifer regularly works with our clients to improve their accounting position in preparation for a sale.

Her mastery of QuickBooks and accounts receivable collections sets her apart, helping businesses streamline operations and improve cash flow. Jennifer’s attention to details shine through in her meticulous approach—she doesn’t just get the job done; she gets it done better than you imagined.

Before joining Bockus Consulting, Bradd is a realtor with Keller Williams, He had a notable tenure as the CEO of WellCaddie, a role held from January 2013 to March 2021. During this period, Bradd led the company to significant growth and innovation, demonstrating exceptional leadership and business acumen. Prior to WellCaddie, Bradd was the owner of Bradley Oil Company for an impressive 37 years, where Bradd managed the business’s operations and strategic growth, making it a prominent name in the oil industry.
