TERMS and PRICE are the cause while TIME is the effect.
You can only adjust the two dials price and terms which will change how long it takes to sell your business.
I was told of a story from a mentor where a business owner had a pressing-life-issue and sold the business with 3 weeks of listing. The price was moved down so low – the time it took to sell was practically immediate.
